I have a challenge for you ladies, help me find 2 dresses

So my friend is getting married in July in NorCal and I need to find something to wear. It's a Pakistani wedding and besides the wedding ceremony, there's a ceremony called a Mendhi performed the day before that I'm going to (I'm super excited!) For the Mendhi, my friend asked her friends and family to wear green.

Long story short, I need to find a green somewhat formal dress and another dress for the wedding itself (doesn't matter color). I don't have a whole lot of money either. Aaaaand go!

A July wedding, to me, = breezy dresses. I also don't like to buy formal stuff that I couldn't wear again. I think all of these could be dressed up with some jewelry/shoes, but still keep you cool
