Does anyone take an additional B6 supplement for nausea? What dosage do you take and when do you take it?
I have m/s every morning, at lunch, and at bedtime. However, I don't want to ask for Zofran just yet.

"'My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts,' says the Lord. 'And my ways are far beyond anything you could imagine. For just as the heavens are higher than the earth, so my ways are higher than your ways and my thoughts higher than your thoughts.'" Isaiah 55:8-9

My doctor told me start with 50mg of B6 and work up as needed. Since it's water soluble she wasn't worried about me taking too much. I never took more than 100mg in one day. It looks like the studies that were done were on 25mg or 10mg three times a day. GL!
Unisom at night has also been a lifesaver for me. I totally recommend it. I think it also makes for better mornings.
