Back from ER and... holy cow!!

27 eggs!!! I didn't think my 38 year old ovaries were capable of producing that much. I'm sure a bunch won't be mature, but heck even if only a third were mature, that's still a pretty good number.
The transfer is set for Wednesday. My clinic automatically schedules everyone for a 3 day transfer, but the nurse told me they do sometimes call people to push them to a 4 day or 5 day, depending on how things develop.
I'm now going to enjoy my Sunday lying in bed, watching bad TV, and drinking Gatorade.

Thanks everyone! I'll post the fert report tomorrow. I am a tad worried about OHSS but (TMI alert) I seem to be peeing a lot today so I guess that's a good sign.
Lhcooper, I actually don't know if they tested my AMH. When they did my initial testing, I know my FSH was good (6.7) and so was my AFC. At the time I had never heard of AMH so I didn't think to ask about it. I assume if they did test it that it was okay since they didn't mention it. Maybe next time I meet with my RE I will ask her.
They didn't give me any particular chances for success, my RE just said at my consult that she feels we have a great shot. Most of our problems are MFI related, plus my AMA.
Edited to add: I totally get being nervous about being 39, I feel the same way at 38. FWIW, I have a friend who had all sorts of fertility problems (both her and her SO) and got pregnant her first round of IVF... at 40. There are tons of IVF success stories with women our age.
Forget holy cow and move right on to Holy ***!!!!!
