one of our best couple friends broke up.they were engaged to be married in sept.
she left him because he drank too much and didn't treat her well.
though it's best for her, we are sad:(

I'm sorry. :-( We had "friend couple" that got a divorce a few years ago and we were so relieved! She was such a b*tch that we had stopped hanging out with them. Every time we went out (including the first time we met her- we met him first because she was deployed), she was comparing them to us and saying how much she wished they were more like us. And then she accused her husband of cheating on her (he didn't) and said that MY husband was covering for him. Turns out SHE was the one doing the cheating. We felt awful for the guy, because he was really in love with her, but she was just so awful.
And now he's dating a WONDERFUL girl that we LOVE and hope the get married soon and have lots of babies...
Oh no! Well, that is for the better, but yeah.. I'm be so bummed if our BFFs were to break up.. That would change our lives so drastically! And they're O's godparents.
That kind of reminds me.. when I was a kid my cousin was engaged and they broke my engagement after being together 4 years. Our whole family was super sad because we loved that guy and wouldn't be able to hang out with him anymore. We still miss him and it;s been over 10 years.
