-tampons
-new thong underwear
-birth control
-trying to get pregnant
-having a flat tummy

 I told this to DH & he goes, "WHY is thong underwear on there?" Cracked me up!

    I really didn't get the thong thing either (read that before) but I don't really like them in general, so works for me! Stick out tongue

    I think it's more of you're not going to want to wear them after awhile & pg ladies get a free pass from having to keep up with the newest & coolest thongs (not that I did anyway!)

    My Dr said lay off the thongs because they increase your chance of infection during pregnancy. Not sure if this is fact or not but I'm not taking a chance lol

    I had a UTI with my first pregnancy and it was SO painful!

    I wore my normal underwear (both thongs and bikini cut) throughout my first pregnancy.  The only time I bought different ones was going into delivery because I knew I couldn't wear thongs then!

    Daughter #1 - February 12, 2010 

    natural m/c March 11, 2011 at 8 1/2 weeks 

    Daughter #2 - January 11, 2012 

    Ectopic pregnancy discovered November 6, 2012 at 6 weeks

    Daughter #3 - January 19, 2014

    Started our exploration into the world of international adoption June 2012.  We have no idea what this is going to look like but we are excited to find out!

    That's funny, I totally wore maternity thongs through my pregnancies. I was willing to do anything to feel sexy at that point!

    I feel like this makes no sense to me. Why would a thong cause us any sort of harm?? I'm going to have to look into this because ALL I wear is thongs. I HATE regular underwear. Did your doctor tell you why?
