These OPKs are confusing me....any advice?

yesterday I posted a picture of my OPK I took around 1. It looked pretty positive to me, if not just barely negative. That night around 6 I took another one and it was definitely positive, so I figured I would be ovulating today, well this morning I took one and it was positive at 6 am. I took another today at around 8 pm and it also was positive. I thought I would O today, and that would make it negative right? It should be fading... my CM is also looking less fertile...but who knows. I was wondering what you thought, think I am most likely to O tomorrow? Oh, and kind of related, what do you think of the method of sex every 12 hours...so basically twice a day, think its too much? Thanks ladies!

    I can turn an OPK positive for about 5 days even when I'm monitored that part for me just shows up long and strong. It happens and it is annoying.

    I would not have sex every 12 hours. That does not give your DH's sperm enough time to recoup from the last time. Every other day. Good luck!

    I get 2 days worth of Positive OPK's so I hump it out both days and the first day I get a negative assuming it's my O day.  I think twice a day is way too much....try once a day, like PP said you're not giving your DH/SO enough time to build up his stock.

    Yea, I kind of doubted the twice a day, the past 4 days are tiring enough, and I don't want to risk it. I was just browsing through some posts and saw how some doctors are suggesting that which I found surprising.

    By the end of a cycle if we start humping on CD10 we do CD 10, 12, 14, 18 and sometimes 20 because I will ovulate between 16 and 18. We are SICK of having sex. But it's for the greater good and sometimes you still get in that really good sex night :)

    It's very common for women to have a + OPK for a couple days, if you look at my chart, the past 2 cycles I've had 3 days of positive OPKs. I test 2 times a day when I'm around my fertile time so by the 3rd day my OPK tested in the morning was + and - at night. Some couples perfer EOD while some have sex ED during there fertile window.  I would do whatever feels comfortable for you, obviously sex twice a day for several days can be a bit much. GL!

    lol it must be that newb/newb parent connection ;) but seriously our cycles are near matched! I know I want my body to make up its mind too! I wasn't expecting a positive OPK today honestly...I guess I will see what tomorrow brings! I hope our cycles get with it soon.
