Maybe remove the insoles and wash them? Alternate shoes so they get a chance to dry out? Switch to flip flops so you don't have to bother finding socks?

I wish I could wear flip flops at work, but it doesn't really fly when the kids aren't allowed either. Most of the shoes I'm talking about are those that I wear to work. I'll see what I can find in the way of powder or something. Maybe febreeze will work?
Re: Totally NBR...how do you keep your shoes from getting stinky??
i tried odor eaters powder, they work somewhat... but not too great. my closed flats, and heels for work get the same problem (so embarrassing
)
Im hoping you get some good answers here!

I wear no-show socks: https://shop.nordstrom.com/s/hue-no-show-sockss-buy-save/3107579?origin=keywordsearch&resultback=2275 and rotate shoes - try to go at least 48 hours between wears.

This! They don't show, and seemed to be the only thing that works for me.
