OMG, I am so happy now I could cry!!!! Dr's office called back (same lady) and told me they'd already appealed and gotten it covered (at 100% since we've already met our out of pocket max for the year). This makes me feel SOOOO much better, now I just have to work on getting her approved when we switch insurance in January
