So I'm cleaning our oven for the first time since we moved in...a little less than 2 years ago... probably flameful I know.. It's a self-cleaning oven, something I've never had before. I googled how to use it since I have no clue. It said just set it to "clean oven" mode for the recommended amount of time, let it cool, and wipe down any ashes with a paper towel (with a little soap and water if necessary). It's on right now, and it stinks!!! I have all the windows and sliding glass door open to air out the kitchen a little. Is it supposed to stink like this?? I don't see smoke... yet. LOL
