and have you experienced regular contractions yet? (by regular I mean consistent) This is LO number 2 for me and I still haven't experienced regular contractions yet. Every time I get them they are between 15-20 minutes and last 60 seconds. My Mw seeing I had DS in 5 hrs told me to call her when either my water breaks or my contractions get to be 10 minutes apart.

Still here, due Tuesday. I keep having pretty regular contractions. Sunday they were 5 min apart lasting 1 min for three hours. So I went to LD and nothing! She's like her daddy and jokes around!

Still pregnant, but not for long... my induction starts tonight at 8pm Pacific Time. I am nervous and excited. I haven't had any contractions at all though

I've never felt a contraction with either LO that wasn't either a painless BH, or pitocin induced. I'm having a c/s Monday morning and I'm 0 cm, 0% dilated and the baby is high. I was the same way last time when I was overdue.

Still pregnant and 5 days overdue. I've gotten waves of contractions every evening for the last 5 nights, but they don't stick around. So frustrating!!!

I've had contractions every few minutes for a week now, but they're still fairly irregular (last for different amounts of time, not getting stronger, anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes apart).

Still here. I've had 4 nights of false labor: one that was 6 hours, 3 hours, 9 hours, and then 5 hours. I know my body is getting ready and that every bit of labor I feel ahead of time will make it shorter when the main event happens. I hope.

Ironically, I'm pretty calm and I'm not in any hurry to have this baby. Don't get me wrong, I'm mighty awful uncomfortable, but I also know that what little sleep I'm getting now is nothing compared to the deprivation after he's born. At least that's what I'm telling myself to keep from being too impatient

I am -- 13 days overdue. I'm going in to be induced tomorrow night. I have really intense BH every night, and then they just go away.

I'm 6 days overdue, contractions on and off, nothing that sticks, lots of BH but mostly general uncomfortableness. Trying to not get too impatient! I'm really ready to meet this kid and find out of we're team blue or pink!

Baby is due today, no regular contractions but I finally lost all of my MP and the BS is over. I ate mango, pineapple, kiwi and oranges...NOTHING! I won't try spicy food because I have bad enough heartburn without going looking for it.

Still here, but going in for my induction tomorrow night. I have had several bouts of painful braxton hicks, but nothing consistent. Nervous and excited about the induction.

I'm still here and getting more frustrated by the day. She dropped weeks ago and I'm 1cm dilated as of my last appointment but no baby yet... I go in on Monday to see the midwife and schedule my induction since they don't want me to get to 42 weeks... I really don't want to be induced since I want a natural birth and I'm afraid it's going to be more painful and/or cause more interventions if I'm on pitocin but... I also don't want to be pregnant much longer... frustrating!!!

I'm due Monday and have had contractions every day, but pretty mild. ?There have been a few more intense ones, but nothing consistent. Since I'm having problems with my platelets, they will induce me on Tuesday!! ?I can't believe I'm going to have a baby in a few days!!

Yep still pregnant here. Due date is on Wednesday but I have had no signs of labor/contractors or anything so I am thinking LO will not be on-time!

Still here, too. I've had zero contractions so far, but I'm dilated to a 4 and 80%... been that way since Wednesday and had been 3 and 70% for the two week prior to. I guess I should be thankful for the progression without the pain, but man, I'm bored to no end waiting for this baby and I just stopped working this week! Here's to all of us still waiting that's its sooner rather then later!

Still here also. Not even the slightest hint of any contractions, or even BH. At my 40 week appt there was absolutely no progress of any kind and baby was still up high.

Still here and 5 days overdue. DH and I went out for spicy food last night and I bounced on my birthing ball for a while and nothing. We are making some spicy chicken on the grill for dinner tonight to see if that helps. We also had sex earlier (hello, awkward!) and since then I have had some lower back pain but no contractions yet. We plan to take the dogs on yet another walk after we eat to see if that helps at all.

I had some strong contractions about every 6 minutes for about 2 hours after I had my membranes swept on Wednesday...but then they stopped. I am pretty sure I lost the rest of my mucus plug, which made me happy, but I'm still pregnant.

Ugh- still here. No contractions yet, not even a hint Ate spicy for the last three days and all it did Was make me gassy. Seriously :-( Today is the first day im waving the white flag I was so good and all of the sudden.... Im done, I want to breath normal and npt look like a whale

Having plenty of stop-and-go, inconsistent contractions... some really nice ones too... but nothing seems to stick.

Would love to take a deep breath and be able to lie down without heartburn. Really looking forward to a margarita too.

Fri 27th if i make it.. ill be 40wks 1 day .. ill be asking for an induction for that weekend or Mon or Tues!

Installed car seat today, Had an amazing date night tonite, and got all things we need for baby!

I really cant wait to show him off whenever the Nana's decide to have the shower.. and get his newborn shots done.!

Still here, still waiting--according to my guess, I'm 40 weeks today, Drs say Tuesday. Wound up going in last Thursday night with regular(3-5 minutes apart) contractions lasting over a minute each, and was told I was "not in enough pain" for it to be real. Granted, I was only 1cm progressed, but still--my mom NEVER had bad labor pains(and her smallest baby was over 8 1/2 lbs), and quick labors, and we're doing hypnobirthing. Not that they would know, since they apparently had no record of us there, didn't notify my MW, etc...and nevermind that I've been going in twice a week for a couple months now, and the triage nurse kept playing 20 questions with stuff we'd already answered, with the patient who was presumably in labor, and then complained that I shouldn't have been able to speak well enough to answer her questions. *headdesk*

THIS is why my mom is staying with us til baby gets here--she's really good at being the dragon at the door and telling off hospital staff and the like when they're stupid and/or obnoxious.

No BH, not one contraction, 0 cm dilated, 0% effaced....no end in sight.

Hoping for some progress this Thursday at my 40w appt, but I am starting to worry about the options. I feel like all roads are leading towards c-section, sigh.
