How to start PL'ing?

I need to get serious about PL'ing with Julia but I feel clueless. She tells us when she goes and wants changed right away. She generally will pee when we put her on the little potty. I really think she would do it more if I offered up the idea. So, how do I start? Just set a timer and have her try every so often? I feel really clueless here!

    If she seems agreeable to it, I would take her to the potty in the morning, after nap, etc. times when it's pretty predictable that she would go.  If she has a regular poop time, I'd try that too.  When she goes in the potty, give her lots of praise.  :)  If she doesn't go, then eh just try again later.  Put diapers on her that she can pull up and pull down on her own, if you can.     we did a combo of the 3 day PTing and using the timer. 

     

    Try not to push too hard though, or it might backfire. I thought K was showing she was ready just before two (she was doing to same thing your DD is), and it was a huge fail. So if you start, and she resists, just come back to it in a few months...
