I dont know anything about this site, or its credibility. But makes sense to me, at least in my experience Tylenol didnt do anything, but Ibprofen has! We also have never dealt with a fever before though...

Acetaminophen has never done a damn thing for me pain-wise. So, personally, I'm not surprised. Obviously it works for some people though, so maybe it's just because of the lessened concentration / dosage in the children's version. We've found it very effective for reducing L's fevers, so we only use it for that. But it's ibuprofen all the way when she's teething.

I was going to say that too... it's weird that they say that stuff didn't work for kids. It would be interesting to know why.
In my experience tylenol does well for fevers but not for teething... I tend to alternate them when they're really sick.
