I think I'm in labor!!!

So I posted my MP came out Wednesday, since then the Cx have been getting more intense and closer together...went to the doc this am (ret OB) and I'm only 1 cm, head really low. But since the visit the Cx are every 3-5 min SUPER INTENSE AND SUPER PAINFUL!!!! it's been an hour, DH is timing then and if they continue like that for another hour we're going to the hospital....so if you'll excuse me I have a suitcase to pack!!!

ps. this so exciting but I'm freaking out, every Cx I want to cry, not just from the pain but the fear of the unknown I guess...DH just asked "how can you be updating your message board?" lol I said "hey it's keeping me distracted!"

pss...I'M SOOOO GETTING AN EPIDURAL!!!!!!!!!!

good luck! your post made me laugh (having to update the board)....sounds like something my DH would say too. The epi is not fun to get, but it works great once it takes!

I've had fairly strong contractions every few minutes (not regular) for days. I'm still only at 1 centimeter and 60% effaced, with the baby's head very low. I'm hoping the contractions will start doing something soon; this baby's been expected for a while now!
