Magnum Ice cream bar. I saw a commercial the other day, and it looked awesome. I asked DH to find some for me, and he did. It was delightful. I had the double caramel bar. Vanilla bean ice cream. Lots of caramel. 2 kinds of chocolate. Mmmmmm. Decadent. If you like ice cream, caramel, and chocolate.....you have to try it!

    Oh, believe me...it's worth it. As yummy as the pic and description are...the actual thing was sooooo much better. I think I made mmmmm noises while eating it!

    Yeah..DH kinda laughed when I told him what I wanted him to find at the store. I had to emphasize ICE CREAM BARS.

    I have been craving one ever since I saw the commercial but can never find the kind with the caramel. I did find some choco tacos ice creams at babies'r'us that were tasty... but now I have a new obsession so off to the store I go for some magnum....

    PS totally told DH the name sounded like a condom brand as well - wonder who thought up the name and if they realized that at the time :)

    I thought the condom thing too the first time I saw them, and with the commercials they're running I am positive they knew what the reference would be and did it on purpose.

    It's a European brand that has been around for years, that just made it to the USA. Maybe the condom brand isn't as well known over there (or wasn't when this ice cream brand came out).
