I'm evil

My cell phone is off.  Everyone knew I had an appointment this morning.  I called DH to fill him in on it and now I've turned my cell phone off.  People have been calling me twice a day every day to "check in."  I'm giving myself a day off.

Of course people are going to assume I'm in the hospital having a baby but I don't care. 

If you haven't already done so, turn yours off.  It feels great!

    I send certain people to voicemail every time.  Like my aunt.  Then I listen to the messages every once in awhile and if it is anything requiring a return call I do it, but if they are just wondering about a child I ignore it ha,.  Let them alllll wonder.

    I don't have a contract with my phone it's just pay for the month and use it unlimited and if I don't pay by the end of the day today then it will get shut off....I don't think I am going to pay.....I wouldn't mind the quiet one bit.

     

    My mom however knows that mondays are appointment days and she leaves me a text, a message on facebook and a comment on my wall asking how it went/fill her in after. Fvck lady. Back off!

    My cell doesn't get service at home thank god. But the second I went to town I had 50 texts asking how I'm feeling. If anyone calls the house phone I'm gonna pass the phone to DH and pretend I'm napping or in the tub. DH isn't chatty and everyone knows this, so they won't be offended when he rushes them off the phone.

    Our cells are our only phones, so I leave it on for other peoples' emergencies, but I'm about ready to leave off FB until after she's here.  People are driving me batty!  Luckily, my mom is the one person who isn't doing that, but then again she was three weeks late with me and she remembers how annoying it was.  She headed off my step-dad from calling last night because she knows it won't do any good and just pisses me off.

    I really appreciate the love and concern and how excited everyone is but I don't really need reminders that I'm past due. I'm welllll aware of it, believe me! When there's something to say, I'll say it!
