Great video recommendation

Shari Daniels "Baby 101" is awesome! It's about 6/7, 30+ minute segments on pregnancy, nutrition, exercise, labor and delivery, baby care, breast feeding ect. The lady had a show on Discovery Health "House of Babies" about her birth center in Florida. I didn't really like her in the show and she's sorta odd/gruff, but in this video she's great! It's REALLY helpful for first time moms or moms that just want some encouragment about natural birth/reminders about health during pregnancy. I watched several of the segments with my husband and he found it really helpful too. They also have a part for the birth partner (tips, ect). Anyway, just thought I would pass the word along to anyone who may be interested!

    Sorry guys, my MW just had it on hand and I watched it. You can order it online for about $20 but I heard some libraries carry it or can get it for you. I've passed it along to several friends. So, if you do buy it you can always pass it along or split the cost if you don't want to spend that much...
