  YES!!!!!!  I know right away if I have Gluten or am CC because of my mood.  It is 100% accurate for me.

  Irritiablity is the first symptom of a glutening.  And it lasts the longest. 

  DDs also complain of headaches and they have trouble sleeping.  Which I'm sure just add to the irritablity.

  Thanks ladies.

  Ugh, I really was hoping that the gluten issues were gone postpregnancy so I'd been pretty lax about being GF but they're back.  I ate gluten last night, I have a HUGE headache today (3 tylenol and a cup of coffee haven't touched it) and I feel bipolar.  Back to being strictly 100% GF.

  Yup. It feels to me like the worst hangover in the world. Groggy, fuzzy, belly-sick, slurred speech, headaches, tired, and seriously annoyed.

  If I eat gluten, I generally feel like crap...which probably leads to me being a grouch.
