Do you notice if You/your LO/SO gets glutened that they react with irrtability, mood swings, etc in addition to the GI effects?
To my boys: I will love you for you Not for what you have done or what you will become I will love you for you I will give you the love The love that you never knew
Ugh, I really was hoping that the gluten issues were gone postpregnancy so I'd been pretty lax about being GF but they're back. I ate gluten last night, I have a HUGE headache today (3 tylenol and a cup of coffee haven't touched it) and I feel bipolar. Back to being strictly 100% GF.

Re: Gluten and irritablity?
Irritiablity is the first symptom of a glutening. And it lasts the longest.
DDs also complain of headaches and they have trouble sleeping. Which I'm sure just add to the irritablity.
Thanks ladies.

when ever i feel like this it a huge tip off to me!!
Yup. It feels to me like the worst hangover in the world. Groggy, fuzzy, belly-sick, slurred speech, headaches, tired, and seriously annoyed.
