Success after IF
wow! 11 fertilized! - and no breast cancer!
I posted the other day asking about a suspicious lump that was found in my breast - well - lucky me they were able to get me in for a mammogram & ultrasound on the same day as my egg retrieval. The tests were clear so that was a relief and at my retrieval they got 21 eggs! For our first IVF we only got 5 and only one made it to a 3dt (our son) and for the second failed one they only got 2 eggs. We switched clinics and wow - 21 eggs! Today they called and said that 11 fertilized - I'm in complete shock! We should have a 5dt on Tuesday if everything goes well! Just excited and had to share!

Oh that is great news!!!...on both fronts!
Just curious, did you have a change in protocol? If so, what was it? I've only had 4 eggs for my two IVFs (first IVF = baby, second IVF = BFN). They are moving me to the Luprong microdose protocol in hopes of harvesting more eeggs.
