Another delish supper thanks to Pinterest.

Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Noodles.

I was a bit nervous about it bc the only liquid is whole milk (though I could have used cream) but it was delish! DH thought it was a bit bland (only garlic and s+p as spices) but I loved it and am super excited to eat the leftovers for lunch in 35 minutes. Embarrassed

ETA: the chicken is so tender bc it's cooked rotissere and then you cook it in a pan and then you bake it- so yummy. I didn't cook it in individual pans either, just a small casserole dish.

    Can you explain pinterest to me? Because that looks delicious, but I still don't get pinterest.

    It's basically like an online pinboard (or bulletin board) where you can "favorite" (or "pin") items to different boards. For instance I have a recipes board, a sewing board, etc and when you see something online you like, you pin it to the appropriate board. You can also browse other people's favorites which is what I do for recipe ideas! Want me to send you a link/invite? If so, just give me your email!
