She is in SC. She went to Chatham (sp?) in Pittsburgh for their 2 yr. program after getting her BS in Sports Medicine and currently works for an orthopedics practice down there.

My DH's coworker's daughter is graduating this summer from HS and I know she just enrolled in their PA 5yr. program.

Not to dip in but our office used PAs a lot. I think most of them are from UC. I want to go back to school once little man gets here I just dont know what I want to be when I grow up!

There are only 5 programs in ohio and the only one in the area is at Kettering in Dayton
Totally butting in......my really good friend is finishing her urology residency. If you want to talk with someone about the MD side of things, I'm sure she'd be happy to chat with you. Just let me know!
Also, think about what area you might be interested in and try to talk with others in the profession. I know the ortho PA we deal with at work has some pretty craptastic hours. But other specialties may not be so bad.
