Soo... my DD just cut her hair.

yes, herself.  I went upstairs to my room and saw a chunk of hair on the floor.  It's about 3inches long.  I asked her why she cut it and she said that part of her hair was "too long".  We JUST got her hair cut 2 weeks ago to get it all evened out.  Oh lord give me strength.lol.

  • Haha, uh oh. At least she didn't take a huge chunk out right to the scalp like my sister did when she was 5...I was 11 and I don't think I stopped laughing the entire time our dad was shaving the rest of her head to match.

My DD has this thing where her hair doesn't grow, literally. It gets to the top of her shoulders JUST BARELY and that's as long as it's ever been. They tell me it should turn into "real" hair when she hits puberty. It's hormonal, or something.

But anyway, in May of last year, 4 months before my wedding, she chopped it, I mean seriously chopped it off. I cried. I cried SO hard. It takes FOREVER for her hair to grow. :(

I felt bad though, I think I scared her when I burst into tears.
