Anyone else's LO teething already???

We have 2 teeth coming through. One is almost all the way through now and the other has some skin left to break but it's getting there. I am a FTM so I thought that's what it was but asked my friend today who has 2 children and she confirmed. I can't believe my 5 week old is teething already! Luckily she isn't too fussy she's just been extra clingy and hasn't eaten very well the past few days.

That's what we are thinking. His top gums right in front have suddenly gotten rock hard, he's clingy, fussy, and doesn't really want to eat or sleep. We have an appointment tomorrow with the pedi to be sure he's not having yet another reaction to his formula. I can feel the tooth though, so I'm pretty sure that's what it is. My friend that also has two children confirmed it yesterday. And DS is 5 weeks, too!

I thought the same thing w/ DD but the pedi said she has Epstein Pearls. Having gone thru teething w/ DD1 (1st tooth at 11 mo), I was hoping this was for real. I would much rather have the teething begin at a much younger age. I think it's easier at a younger age. I hope you hear the news from the pedi that you're hoping for!

I don't know, but there is some SERIOUS drool and bubbles constantly coming out of her mouth the past few days! We have our 6 week visit on Tuesday, so I was going to ask the pedi then

i'm seriously wondering if ours is. super drooly over the past few days, and today she is the crankiest baby ever. we have our 6 week pedi appt next week, i intend to ask.

I was talking to my Mom about it because I think I see one popping through as well, and she said I had my 1st tooth at 8 weeks. I guess we'll see if I'm right soon..
