I remember you posted you made a "moby" out of a lighter material so it wasn't so hot. What did you use? Did you just find it at a place like JoAnn fabrics? Also, did you have to sew the edges ta all or just cut and go?
TIA!

I made 2 moby's. I have one that is just cotton jersey, which is super-light, but only good until about 15lbs. I got some cotton gauze fabric at walmart, which has a lot less stretch. I haven't hemmed the edges on either, though I am going to with the gauze, just so I can have a rail in a different color so I'm not twisting them.
I definitely recommend the gauze. Walmart had a bunch of different colors, too. It's the orange one in my siggy. You also get 2 out of each roll of fabric by cutting it down the middle, so you can have a long (5yd) and short (3yd) wrap.
I am going to have to go look for sure! I went looking around JoAnn's yesterday, but they were so busy and I had no clue what to even look for. It's already pushing 80 degrees here some days and when I am wearing LO I get so hot!
Thanks again. I'll let you k now how my adventure turns out.lol.
p.s. hope your day gets better! If it makes you feel any better, I was out last week wearing my LO and someone stopped me to tell me I look like a marsupial..a man, of course. I could have punched him, and he's lucky my DD was w/ me or I REALLY might have.lol.
