My face is out of control!

Seriously!  I look like a teenager right now.  I haven't had this bad of a break out since I was in high school.  I'm 30...when do the damn zits go away for good?  At least AF is here and we are on our way to IVF #1.  Anyone have any miracle zit treatments?

    I'm 30 too and still get breakouts once a month.  I'm always thinking "when will this end?" too!  I started using Cetaphil a few years ago and noticed a big difference though.

    I get them on my chin during the luteal phase, started when I went off the pill & it sucks! someone on here recommended the acne free kit, which I bought, and I got 2 more zits after starting it...they're starting to go away but I'm not completely sold on acnefree yet- we'll see how next month goes, although i'll be on hormones for FET so who knows!

    Sorry, it stinks :(

    Ugh, I feel your pain. My skin is out of control! I use Acne Free but haven't seen all that much of an improvement. I am thinking about seeing a dematologist over my holiday vacation time.

    Mine too. ?I've been putting Body Shop's Tea Tree Oil on my individual zits...but I feel like a grease factory everywhere else. ?

    Anybody seen that Simpsons episode when Homer and Bart collect grease to sell and they say to the boy at the burger place, "My goodness you're greasy" or something like that? ?That's how I feel. ??

    I'm using Cetaphil right now, that seems to be helping. Proactiv has worked for me in the past. Fish oil capsules seem to help me a little as well. I also dab a little toothpaste on a couple zits before bed.

    Unfortunately, the only two things that really cleared me up were antibiotics my derm prescribed in college and BCP, and you can't have either when you're TTC.

    I feel your pain! I'm always saying, ok I'm about to be 30, when is this gonna stop? Unfortunately it seems to be an added bonus to TTC because when i went to my dermatologist, she said very abrasively that the only thing that will help is birth control because its hormone related and there isn't anything else she can do that would be safe while TTC and pushed me out of her office. Great....thanks. Sad

    Well, I just started BCP's for IVF #1 so hopefully they will help my skin clear up.  I already wash my face with Cetaphil, so I think I'm going to look into the Proactiv line.  I'll try anything!  Thanks ladies!

    My face isn't too bad right now just a couple on my chin, but my jawline is out of control! Huge, red and very sore bumps right on the edge of my jawline/cheek/neck. Such a weird place to break out!
