Etsy Vinyl Lettering

I've been trying to get in touch with the seller that I bought the vinyl lettering for Madelyn's room from for over a week and she hasn't responded. Wallspoken is who I've used and I really would like to use her again - she did a great job with Madelyns. She just isn't responding - and I know she's on her site, she's been posting new items for sale Confused

If you've bought Vinyl lettering on Etsy and were happy with the results, who did you use?

I would probably email her again. Sometimes if there is more than one person working the shop emails get read but not passed on to the correct person.

No advice -this same thing just happened to me. I ordered a decal for the new baby's wall and never heard back. I ended up having to file a dispute with paypal to get my money back and still haven't heard anything from the seller, despite all good review (+my new negative one.)

I hope you hear back soon and I'm interested to hear who others recommend!

We used XpressionsThatStick for Olivia's name for her door.

I ordered another decal that's in her room but I can't remember where I ordered it from, but the seller I got her name from had lots of cute stuff too.
