Really?! AF already!!!

Ugh, you've got to be kidding me. Doesn't my body know I'm EBF?! I just stopped my pp bleeding finally at 6 and 1/2 weeks. Here I am at 8 weeks and AF is here. I'm on the mini-pill and take it at EXACTLY the same time every day. I called my doc and she said it sound like I'm just one of the unlucky ones. Surely I'm not the only EBFer here who started this early, right?

    I got mine last night :-( Sucks because I finally stopped my pp bleeding, then got the mirena last week, so I was spotting and bleeding for a few days.  Then yesterday I got AF too.  Sucks because H and I haven't even had sex yet!  We were going to last night then AF came...I don't want our first time after baby to be messy lol.  After that I won't care.  But I feel like my body hates me.

    You're not alone. I started this week. EBF, and the longest we go is 4 hours at night every now and then.

    Did you just start the mini pill?  About a week after I started it, I had AF-like bleeding which my OB said might be breakthrough bleeding and is fairly common. 

    It only lasted a few days for me and didn't effect my supply at all (I EBF too)

    Hopefully it's just that and not nasty AF returning!

    Umm, me! Blah. I got AF at 7.5 weeks PP. I EBF and I am not on the pill. I might be ok with it if DS was sttn but the longest he goes at night is about 4 hours. It totally sucks.

Med. Cycle #2: 6 cysts found. No meds/rest cycle. Trying on our own = BFP # 5! Beta #1 = 77, Beta #2 = 129 Beta #3 = 94 - CP - July 2, 2013. BFP # 6! Beta#1 = 21, Beta#2 =58 Beta#3 = 134. U/S shows heartbeat of 142 at 7w2d!

    Me too!  I EP and got mine 4 weeks PP.  Yuck.  I just got my second one today!  LO will be 2 months tomorrow.  NO FUN!

    my guess is it's either the mini pill or more pp bleeding. pp bleeding can stop and start for longer than 6 weeks, some women go 8 or even 12 weeks especially if you are nursing.  And the mini pill definitely makes some women bleed when they start.
