I second all the "shower" comments - I have never appreciated fifteen minutes to clean myself more than I do these days.
Some mornings she goes back down for an hour and I can read a book/drink some coffee. My mom has been great about coming over so I can run errands, and I always get a Starbucks or something as a little treat.
And then there is the sporadic Bump time, when she's down for a nap, or hanging out in her chair and happily looking at the hanging animals for a minute. Of course, doing that often means laundry or dishes have to wait, but sometimes, they have to wait. I need a breather more.
My daily shower is my me time. DH leaves for work between 6-7 and gets home anywhere from 4-7pm, soooooo yeah. I agree that my bump time is me time during the day too. I guess I could do something else, but it's rainy and we aren't going out in public yet, so there's not many options....
I go for some retail therapy and shop. DH comes home from work and can tell that I need some "me" time, so he tells me to go get out of the house. I end up spending too much money, though.
And of course, my iced coffee fix.

The shower is pretty much it. I have a little station set up in my living room with my laptop handy (and I've gotten quite good at typing one handed) and I watch movies on Nteflix while I nurse or hold the baby so it's not quite me alone time, but I am doing something else besides just tending to the baby.
SO doesn't help very much, so there's not a lot of "me" time.
This I don't really consider any time "me" time because when LO is asleep I play catch up on house chores and I'm lucky to squeeze in a shower. I do plan on going to get my hair chopped off (probably a good 13in!) sometime soon and I will tell my hair dresser to take her time
After I get my car fixed I plan on taking LO to the mall once a week so I can get out and window shop and enjoy a lunch I don't have to make. Even though LO will be with me (which, honestly, I wouldn't want it any other way) I do consider it "me" time.
My me time lately is a shower (even more if I get to shave my legs), some time to drink coffee/bump/read. I also enjoy my daily walks with my puppy dog and DD. I also enjoy having her snuggle on my chest/shoulder, it's so peaceful for me.

I agree with the showering. I am home with DS all day by myself, and he has decided in the last couple of days that he doesn't need to take a morning nap (), so all I am left with is my shower. And I'm in there until the water gets cold. I take my time!
Me? Who's me? lol I'm lucky if I get to shower for the day. Usually when DD is napping I try to clean up the house, use the bathroom and squeeze in some bumping.

During the day, my "me" time consists of sitting in my recliner with the laptop and/or watching tv while Nora naps, if I'm not trying to do a few chores around the house.
I also take a shower or bath every day, which I guess counts as me time lol. (Ok, sometimes I end up having to skip a day).
I've been out a few times without baby. Once for a pedicure, once to dinner with a friend, once for coffee with a friend...
I am starting to go back to the gym today, so that will be an hour of me time hopefully 5 days a week. That hour will start as soon as DH gets home from work.
Reading! At first I was always just flicking on the tv while I bf her and sort of zoning out just because it was too hard to balance a book. I am such a book worm and was always used to reading myself to sleep, but I can't do it anymore because the lamp on my nightstand shines right into LO's bassinet. So now, we keep things quiet while I feed her and I wedge the book in between the boppy and a couch pillow. It's not quite alone time, but it sure it nice!

So many of you posted that a shower is me time for you and all I can picture is that this weekend I ended up with BOTH boys in the shower with me. The baby had pooped and since it was Saturday morning I figured DH would keep DS1 busy. I thought wrong. I brought the baby into the shower with me and before I knew it there was a naked toddler with a handful of toys climbing in to the shower. It was quite a scene.
For me my me time will usually end up being on the weekends. I'll bring the boys over to my parent's house and while one sleeps I'll usually sneak off to do something on my own. Even if I run out to the food store I'll usually stroll very very slowly through the store and end up with some sort of treat just for me before I get back to reality.

I go to the gym as often as I can (3 or so times / week). It's right across the street from us, so I'm usually there and back within 45 minutes. It's so amazing, though.
Since my husband is a SAHD, I'm actually able to sneak out rather regularly. And I definitely shower. ;-)
I consider "out of the house, without baby" to be "me time," so our deal is if we need something from the store, I go by myself and Jared watches Liam. Today, I get to buy butter!!! :-) (and I'll pick out Jared's Father's Day card.)
Re: Your "Me Time"
at this point my daily "me time" is a shower and I am so thankful for that!
this weekend I will be having my first girls night we will go see a movie.
I never held you, but I always loved you.

I don't really need "me time" yet but both LOs take a 2-2.5 hour nap at the same time so I dink around then.
I do get a nice shower or bath in every morning but I don't count that as "me time" bc I HATE getting ready.
We have the nanny come 15-18 hrs per week so I get out a lot.
