Abs?

Hi all. I am 2 weeks PP and was curious when it would be okay to start doing some ab exercises? I was reading all your input about running and when it's best and also listen to your body, and am going to wait until at least 4 weeks PP as I don't want to injure myself.

Also if anyone could help me in how to change my soggy, thanks!

    I'd say ask your doctor. We don't know you, what your delivery was like, any complications, etc.  Just enjoy being a new mom for now.

    This.  Sometimes ab muscles can separate toward the end of pregnancy, and we wouldn't know what would be safe for you to do.
