Hi all. I am 2 weeks PP and was curious when it would be okay to start doing some ab exercises? I was reading all your input about running and when it's best and also listen to your body, and am going to wait until at least 4 weeks PP as I don't want to injure myself.

This. Sometimes ab muscles can separate toward the end of pregnancy, and we wouldn't know what would be safe for you to do.
