Feeling horrible close to my week change?

Well, I woke up feeling horrible -.- ?And thus, I'm starting to notice a pattern, and I'm wondering if the rest of you are as well. ?Saturday was my conception day, so it's the day I transition from one week to the next. ?It seems the closer I get to Saturday the crappier I feel. ?For instance Monday and Tuesday I feel pretty decent, other than just being flat out tired. ?But starting around Thursday I start feeling nauseous and moody, sometimes dizzy, and it lasts through Saturday ... then it gets better again. ?What the heck?! ?The worst part is work is busiest at the end of the week and I barely have anything to do when I'm feeling good. ?Has anyone else noticed this at all, or is my body just playing tricks on me?

  • I haven't noticed this at all, sorry.  I think some of it could by psychosomatic.

I think what it is, is you're getting tired from your work week.  I know when I'm tired I feel worse then when I've slept well or had a relaxing day.  It has nothing to do with week changing.

  • I have no idea why it would be psychosomatic when I JUST figured out the pattern that's been going on for at least three weeks, before I had just attributed it to good days and bad days. ?I suppose anything is possible though *shrugs*
  • I've thought of that too, and that could be a possibility, for sure. ?I just wondered if anyone noticed a transition difference, simply because it doesn't seem to matter how light work is, or even if I take off (which I had to do last week), I just feel lousy starting Thursday :( ?

I'd have to agree with Qmommy.  Week change doesn't affect me at all, except for the fact I get excited I'm one week closer to baby!

  • I bet you are just beat up from the work week. I always feel so much better on Saturday and Sunday.

  • I seem to be finding a pattern as well. I have noticed that I go about 2-3 days having m/s, then have 2-3 days where I feel pretty good. I read that hormones double every 48 to 72 hours...so I am wondering if maybe it is because of that?
