How often do you replace those pacis? Do you replace them every so often regardless or only when you notice they need to be replaced?

dd is a year and i havent bought new ones since she was prob 6 months. i dont plan on getting more b/c i want to break her of it in the next couple months but they seem to be holding up just fine.

We use Wubbanubs (the paci with the animal attached) and those things are like $14 a pop. I throw them in the wash each week, but I've never tossed one out entirely.

I haven't bought new pacis since he was like, 6 months old. I just sanitize them every few weeks.

We have accummulated such a huge supply of pacifiers (I was sooo paranoid about not having one when DS needed it when he was very little) that I haven't replaced them since DS was like 6 to 9 months old (he is 21 month old now). I do check them for wear occassionally but since each one is used so little they just aren't showing any wear or degradation.

I swear if I rounded up all the pacifiers I have in diaper bags, purses, and in DS room I would have like 30 of them. Embarrassed

If I ever did the Build a Bear thing to get rid of the pacifier I would need a very large bear!

considering that we have what seems like 5-10 of them around the house, we don't replace them. i haven't bought new ones in forever and i won't be buying any more since we're weaning her off of them. fingers crossed we'll be binkie free in time for her 2nd bday !
