An RE just joined a local practice here and that local practice also has a perinatoligist (who is pretty new to the area as well). So I won't have to go to Albquerque for either anymore (4 hrs away). My first appt with the RE is on the 11 so I don't think I will be doing Clomid this cycle if AF appears before the 11 (which it should have been here a long time ago).
I'm so hopeful. Now we will be doing it the right way and hopefully that will mean more success!!!!
Re: Finally some good news... (no still not pregnant)
Great new! That 4 hour drive would've been terrible.
PS. Hook em!
After a PCOS dx, 18 months of trying, 3 rounds of clomid and 2 follistim IUIs our babies are here!
HURRAY!!!
Ok.... I'm now 100% officially ready for your BFP announcement.
Bring it on girl!
and ps - GIG EM!!! hee hee
Total score: 6 pregnancies, 5 losses, 2 amazing blessings that I'm thankful for every single day.
I love that ticker: "We are expecting two little Longhorns!!!!" TOO CUTE!!! Hook Em!!!!
Shell you are such a wonderful girl to have such bad taste
I'm excited. I can't believe how lucky we are to be getting a break like this!!!! I had been bummed (I o'd late) and now my period is way way late but another BFN. Just like before Harmon all over again
but I've got a lot of hope now we can get some good stuff going now that I have a real profesional!!!
Ummm..... it's not "taste"
It's full on brainwashing.
And.... brainwashing that my parents and I paid damned good money for!
Anyway..... soooo sorry about your little upset last week.
Must suck to have the wind knocked outta your sails by Tech of all people....
Total score: 6 pregnancies, 5 losses, 2 amazing blessings that I'm thankful for every single day.
LOL Shell, you really want to start talking about your football season??? You all have gotten the wind knocked out of you by everyone. I think my high school could beat ya'll this year! Heck Harmon and the rest of his Gymboree class might be able to give them a run for the money
I actually am great about the game. We were missing our top reciever (Crosby) and had been playing top 10 ranked teams since OK. They did good, and you can't win them all sometimes.
LOL! It is family tradition with me as well. My Dad painted the house burnt orange and white. We would travel to ALL of the home games from El Paso as a child. I got into a couple of the IV League schools but I couldn't imagine not going to Texas b/c that is how I was raised. Ironically though I have a lot of A&M friends! I want you guys to get better at Football or the rivalry won't be any fun
Ahhhh yes....
I knew the rebuttal would be swift and painful.
I must admit that the Gymboree reference was classic! Nice touch.
I agree. The rivalry isn't much fun when we suck as bad as we do right now..
Luckily I'm old enough that I was at A&M in the hay day. I saw some awesome football games and went to some killer Cotton Bowls.
Good times.
I hope we see them again some day.
My cousin graduated from UT. One of my favorite pictures of us is from his graduation party. His cake had a long horn on it and I've got the cake knife in hand trying to "saw varsity's horns off" (as our fight song goes) while he's got me in a strangle choke hold.
Bottom line.... you know I love ya girl!
Im just a tad bit envious of your season this year, that's all.
Hope you conceive another little long horn fan soon.
Better yet - I hope you conceive a fiesty little Aggie fan who keeps you on your toes!
Total score: 6 pregnancies, 5 losses, 2 amazing blessings that I'm thankful for every single day.
Ya'll will get better. There is too much money and too many fanatical fans for it to last much longer. I remember those days... that was when Texas had thier down turn. When you are loosing to TCU you know the program needs an overhaul
I look forward to when ya'll are back! It has been a blast w/the OU rivalry lately b/c there is so much at stake.
Who knows perhaps one day Jason will be playing against Harmon
