So I know many of us here are suffering from Pregsomnia, (pregnant insomia). Well I had problems with insomnia before I even became pregnant. Since I am trying to work up until the baby comes though, this is particularly difficult. I've tried Tylenol P.M. and Benadryl, and they do give me some relief. I didn't start taking anything until late in the 2nd trimester/early 3rd trimester. But, I feel horribly guilty taking them on a regular basis. Then when I don't take them I just lie there in hell....Sigh. I just want some sleep while I can still get it.

Re: What do you do for Pregsomnia????
I just hang out till I fall asleep. And sometimes thats not until 3 or 4 am....which sucks because I still have to wake up with my 20 month old DS. I do get about an hour long nap during the day after I put DS down for his.
I am against sleeping pills/aids. So I just deal with it.

I can't wait for this baby to come out so I can sleep in a more messed up pattern, but at least it will be a pattern....right?
