Yes...we love it. Not that I've been all the often lately, but it is what it is. They have great classes (at least the few locations I've been to do) and I really love that it's a family atmosphere. We had a trial membership to 24 hr Fitness and I was intimidated by all the "hard bodies" in there. Soooo not the case at CFF.
I have also had a trainer and used the DotFit. The DotFit was really confusing to me and I didn't use it. I found more success with tracking my exercise and food with Weight Watchers.
Love CFF. By far the most reasonable option for a heated pool to workout in in our area, and we're excited by the option for childcare while working out in the future. Plus, they're everywhere. And I love their classes. Yoga, x-bike, and zumba have all been positive experiences for me there.
