My confession

I've never owned a two piece swimsuit and I don't think I ever will.  Even BC (before child) I was never in shape enough to feel comfortable in one.

    Same here! I think the closest I will ever get is a tankini, which I still wear because it covers just as much as a 1 piece anyway.

    6/28/10: Lost our sweet baby Addyston at 18wk 1day to pPROM 7/24/11: Michael William born at 24wk 2d due to IC after an emergent cerclage at 18wks, 4wk home BR and 2 weeks hospital BR. Grow strong our little Miracle! 9/17/11: Michael joined his sister in heaven after 8 amazing weeks with us on earth. He fought a very hard fight but NEC was too much for him in the end.     I should clarify... I haven't worn a bikini since high school really. I've been in a tankini for years now:)

    I've worn tankinis for years, but have never worn a bikini.

    Much to DH's disappointment, I told him I don't think I'd ever wear one, even if I lost 100 lbs and had a smokin' hot body. Just not sure I'd ever be comfortable showing that much skin in public.

    Me either! Well...I have had a tankini, but my boobs grew and I couldn't find one long enough, so I just said screw it.  When I was looking for a bathing suit for physical therapy, I was amazed by the fact that I couldn't find a simple freaking one piece a Lane Bryant. All I could find were two piece or ones with big old skirts. Seriously?

    I wore one on my honeymoon.  I shouldn't have.

    I also owned one when I was 2.

    I have owned 2 tankinis.  That have completely covered my belly.

    I am hugely happy that I am a mom, that DH is the only one who must ever find me sexy again, and that I believe those 2 things are perfectly good excuses to always wear one pieces.

    I am also hitting the enter key a lot in this post.
