I am starting a new job on Monday and just found out there is no refrigerator anywhere in the building to store my milk throughout the day. Do you just store your milk in a regular lunch bag with some ice packs? Or do you use something special that you really like for this purpose?

Life is good!
We have a fridge, but I always prefered storing it in my own bag at my desk. My coworkers are nosy and I would rather not have them going through my BM bag, besides our fridge is not clean. I simply brought ice packs in a small lunch cooler. I also kept my pump bottles and parts in there with the ice packs so I didn't have to clean it after each use. I rinsed it, but I figured with the cold environment that any leftover milk in the bottles would still be fine to pump into for the next pumping. Like I said, my coworkers are weird and I wanted to avoid soaping up my pump in the kitchen sink. This saved me a lot of time and I never had any problems. I had a few ice packs that I would rotate through for the week and washed my pump each night when I got home.
I did have access to a fridge and did not use. Pumped twice a day over six months. Kept the milk in cooler sleeves that came with the pump bag and kept the horns in a plastic bag in between sessions at room temp..
No big deal IMO.
