I dont eat meat, so I made it with a can of Trader Joe's Vegetarian Chili and got DH a steak, lol.

Whatever my husband makes for himself and the kids. I'm going out with a friend!!! Yeah! Ha ha. No, I will probably prep something for him to make. Otherwise they'll probably have turkey dogs and a veggie or something.

I'll be having a margarita and guac/chips at On The Border and then going to see Bridesmaids. Big Smile

I am making chicken saltimbocca, roasted potatoes and mixed veggies. This is my first time making it so I hope it turns out ok

laney, I am going to see Bridesmaids with some friends on Saturday night and then we are hitting the bar down the street from my house for some drinks and snacks.

Will do! My husband has 3 nights out this week. I am so glad I am able to "squeeze in" my night too. Sheesh!
