request for Dr. recommendations in Pittsburgh area after postparteum sepsis and retained products of

Hello everyone, I'm new here. I was just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for gyn. in the Pittsburgh area?

I have a long complicated story, but will try to make it brief. I had a retained placenta and hemorrhage that was resolved a few minutes after my 1st dd was born by manual extraction. I went to a new dr for my second pregnancy because he is "high risk" and I was hoping my 2nd delivery would be better. I asked for a c-section because I knew I was going to have the same issues but was looked at like I stupid and told it would not happen again. I wanted to believe it but when I checked into the hospital in labor I told the nurse the only thing I was worried about was the hemorrhage and the retained placenta that I knew was going to happen. and it did. However this new dr. let my hemorrhage go on for 2 hrs before he manually removed the placenta. When I left the hosp my stomach didn't look any smaller to me and I kept complaining of severe low abdominal pain. I was told that was to be expected from my complications. On my 2nd day home I called my dr's office and talked to his nurse and told her my symptoms (I'm also an RN) of high blood pressure, fever of 100.8, worst headache of my life, and I thought I had classic postpartum infection symptoms. To my surprise she said I was a nurse, so I should know this always happens when your milk comes in. I asked if she was sure because I felt like I was really sick and she said it was normal. So, since I'm not an OB nurse, I assumed she was right and I was overreacting. The next day I was in the ER with sepsis. A CT of the abdomen in the ER showed something abnormal was in my uterus. I was very sick and almost passing out, but when I saw my dr. I kept asking what was going to be done about the CT and he assured me it had to be blood clots showing up because he removed the placenta and knew he got it all out. I went to a 2nd opinion, and to get some follow up to the abnormal CT, and was told by another specialist in Pittsburgh that I didn't need any follow up and was fine. This was around 9 weeks postpartum. I was cleared by my ob to go back to work as a med surg nurse so I went back even though I knew I was more sick then my patients, and the nurses I work with all said something was wrong with me. An older nurse palpated my abdomen and said she thought I had placenta in my uterus. So to speed up the story I finally got an Ultrasound(US) at 4 months (after trying all this time) and it showed retained products of conception. I followed up with a dr. in Pittsburgh, who, without looking at my US reports said she didn't think I had retained placenta and since I had sepsis either way she recommended a conservative approach because a DNC after sepsis might cause further problems. After 2 months of not feeling better I wanted another US, and was told it wasn't necessary. So I went back to the dr. that ordered the 1st one and was told by the secretary i had a little scaring but it was normal and no follow up was necessary. I went back to Pittsburgh and asked the dr. to take a look at my US and she wanted me to get one in Pitts. I did and during my US tech went to get the dr. that reads them right away. This dr. did her own US on the spot, and said I have alot of scaring and calcification from where the retained placenta died in my uterus muscle, and I was lucky the blood supply died off to it or it would have turned into a tropoblastic tumor, and that I need to follow up with a dr. and a fertility specialist. So now I want to follow up but don't want to go to another bad dr. My daughter will be a year old in 5 weeks and I can't believe I am still dealing with this! So frustrating! Any dr. recommendations would be so appreciated!
