Uppa Baby Vista as a double stroller?

Does anyone use the rumble seat with an Uppa Baby Vista as a double stroller? I'm trying to find the right double stroller for us, but its hard!

We cannot use a side-by-side stroller because of the set-up of our apartment, so I've been looking at the City Select, Phil & Ted's, and Uppa Baby. The City Select seems huge to me, and I'm not crazy about having LO so close to the ground in the Phil & Ted's. The Uppa Baby was my dream stroller with DD #1, so I'm annoyed at myself for just not shelling out the money then, since it can be used as a double.

It seems like there isn't a whole lot of room between the regular seat and the rumble seat. Is this true? Does your toddler get annoyed that they have to face you? Does it seem really bulky? How easy is it to maneuver as a double? We live in the city, so we do a lot of bumping up and down stairs, rolling over potholes, etc.

We have the city select and the frame is actually lighter then the P&T. It takes about 5 secs to pop the seats off and I throw the frame in the car with the seats on top. It takes less room then my old chicco travel system. I love my stroller and can't live without it. Probably the best money I spent on baby gear to date.

I have an uppa baby vista and we nanny share, so use the rumble seat fairly often. It's still slightly lower to the ground, but not so low as the phil & teds. The rumble seat does have a low-ish weight limit, so make sure you check that depending on your two kiddos ages. In terms of manueverabilty, we walk EVERYWHERE in teh city, so know the feeling! It feels long, but still managable. Can you play with it somewhere and see how you feel?
