Help me figure out my due date

I got my BFP on Sat. 5/13

I tested neg on Tues 5/10

My last period started on 4/15

I just called to make my 1st prenatal appointment and told them the above info and they said I am 4 weeks 2 days preg. DOes this make sense? I thought I would be more like 2-3 weeks max. Anyone know how to calculate this?

that's right. you're technically pg for like 10 months instead of 9- they start counting from your last missed period even though you're not pg those first 2ish weeks. it's just how they count it.

So then I can assume I conceived april 29th? Would that make sense? My whole goal in this is trying to figure out if conceived in April or May for the chinese gender chart. I know not incredibly reliable, but I'm just curious.

That is so bizarre they count it for days you aren't even pregnant!!

it was probably april, but it could have been may if you O'd late and got a bfp early.

It says if I concieved in April its a boy. If in May then a GIRL!!!! I'm obviously hoping for a girl

hahaha! Oh, hey! I was in the same boat! I still don't know if O was conceived in March or April of last year. [I wasn't keeping track since we weren't ttc.]

Oh, how dumb! I'd been thinking I was 25 when O was conceived, but I was 24! So, he would have been a boy either way. How silly! I'd been doing it wrong the whole time.

Sooooo.. I guess it was right for me ;p

I looked it up for Noah and this one- it predicted Noah to be a girl (wrong!) and this one to be a boy. I'm betting this one really will be a boy though because there are only 2 girls born into DH's extended family. One is 60, and one is 3. haha
