I was 5 mo pg when ds1 was ds2s age. I can't believe it either. So nice not to be pregnant this year!

See, I thought it was easier. I got to nap when the baby napped, and it's much easier to entertain an infant than it is a toddler! At the end of my pregnancy when I felt like crap, I'd bring DS in my bed with a bunch of toys/books and could easily entertain him that way while laying in bed for hours on end. I could never do that at the age my DS is now.

I want a 3rd kid, but the thought of being pregnant with 2 toddlers that need entertaining is terrifying to me.

Yup. I got my BFP with DD#2 a week after DD#1's first birthday and with DS at almost 15 months for DD#2. I am a month past the latest I've been not PG and I can't believe I was so crazy. FWIW - DS is our last, but even if he wasn't, I can't imagine being PG again right now!!

I got my BFP with #2 when DD was 10 months old and, honestly, this pregnancy was so much more difficult than my first since DD wasn't STTN in the beginning and wasn't napping well either. She also went through a major teething phase between 10 and 14 months.

We want a 3rd child and we'd like #2 and #3 close in age as well, but I'll admit that I'm much more terrified to be pregnant again than I had been before. The thought of having 2 kids to care for while pregnant makes me twitchy.
