Help I can't change my ticker

I'm on a Mac and can't change my ticker!!! I use Firefox and I still can't do it. I'm getting frustrated. I go to Customize your profile >The Bump then requires me to re-login to edit my profile > then I get this message

Server Error in '/profiles' Application.

    Mine was like that for a few months.  I emailed some of the bump gods and eventually it just worked again.
    Warning No formatter is installed for the format bbhtml

    did the bump gods ever respond or just fix it? I have emailed them a couple times over the last 2 weeks.At this rate Sebastian will be in college. lol

    I am still waiting for the bump gods to get back to me. I emailed them over 2 weeks ago and still nothing...I must email them again I guess. I have been getting the same error message for over 2 weeks! ugh!

    Ah ha, I should contact the bump gods and maybe bribe them, since they don't seem to respond quickly.
