I have had 3 m/c's, but only had follow-up betas after 1.
With m/c #1, I had a beta of zero and my AF came within the next 2 days....BUT....that was a chemical PG and so it was a very, very early m/c.
With m/c #2, I had a D&C and my AF came about 32 days after the D&C.
With m/c #3, I had another D&C and AF came about 38 days after that one.
I know this didn't specifically answer your question, but now that your levels are at zero, you should hopefully get your AF within the next 2 weeks or so.
I never had my betas tested back down to zero but I was charting and did ovulate prior to getting negative hpt's and then I had my average 12 day luteal phase and then got af. By the time I got AF the hpt's were negative so I'm assuming my beta was either back down to zero or close to it.

Secondary infertility success with IVF, then two losses, one at 14 weeks and one at 10 weeks, then success with IUI and then just pure, crazy luck. Expecting our fifth in May as the result of a FET.
