Totally bummed and a little upset at DH!

He just informed me this morning that he will not be able to come to the u/s on the 26th. This is the u/s to see growth progress and hopefully baby's h/b! He has a training class at 10am. Mind you the u/s is at 8am and his office is 20 minutes from the OB's office. It's hard enough emotionally being Pgal, I need his support. Oh well I asked my mom and she will be there. Hopefully we'll only have good news to celebrate!

I am barely able to keep myself together waiting until the 26th...I don't think emotionally I'd make it much passed that date.

I totally understand what you are saying. It's so hard to know what's going on in there. Where are those ute goggles everyone talks about? *hugs* I'm glad your mom can come w you! I'm 100s of miles from my parents/family. I know everything will be just fine! Your numbers are SO good! *hugs*

Thank goodness your mom can come with you. I'm never going to another u/s by myself again. I made that mistake the first time around. Hugs to you and FX that evrything continues to grow.

Why can't he come and leave at 9:15 if you're not done by then? And your mom could come too just in case your DH needs to leave early. I don't see why he needs to miss it completely.

Ah man, I'm sorry he's going to miss it! Tell him you'll bring home a pic - but it won't be the same. I'm glad that you and your mom will be able to share the experience of seeing LO's heartbeat for the first time! I'll be sending you good vibes on the 26th.

Aw, bummer, but glad your mom can come with you! I think it's smart to bring someone. I will never go alone to another appt. I was alone when I first found out about the loss and it was that much harder. But even if it's good news, which it will be for you, it is nicer to have someone there!

I can't wait to hear your good news next week!
