If you're interested, play along! I'll do a daily update- everyone can say what day they're on/if they worked out/how they're feeling, etc. We can do a weekly weigh in, all on the same day (if possible) to chart our progress. How does that sound?
I'll start today:
Today is: Day 3 (I workout in the evening with my DH so I haven't done the workout yet)
My last workout was: Hard and more painful than Day 1 because I was more sore. But I pushed myself to do more of the cardio
I feel: sore today but really good that I'm trying this. I was looking at the baby the other night and thought, "I need to be healthy so I can run and play with her for a long time." That's my motivating factor now.
I want to lose 25lbs total, but I'd like to lose 15 before my sister in law's wedding (June 25).

Today is Day 1. Thanks for the motivation to get started!
The last workout was tough. I am definitely out of shape! I didn't use weights most of the time, took some rests (even though Jillian said not to), and followed the beginner girl, but I made it through!
I feel proud of myself for getting started.
I want to lose my last 11 pounds of baby weight and then about 20 more, so a total of 30. I would be happy if I lost that by December 16 which will be 9 months since I gave birth.

I tried it after having my first baby, and it was so hard on my knees I had to stop at around day 20. Maybe I can slow down just a tad to save my knees this time!
I tried doing it last week, and I thought I was going to die! I got light headed and felt like i was going to pass out, and I only did 5 mins! You guys ROCK!
I decided to start off slow by doing my belly dancing video and then try and transition to the 30 day shred. When I did it pre baby, I would do it every other day because it was also hard on my knees and back, but it worked for me!
I also agree, my motivation is to be healthy and strong for my LO so I can keep up with him, and WAY in the FUTURE, his babies too! LOL
