AF question

I am pretty sure my period has returned today, haven't had any bleeding since week 2 so I can't imagine it is anything else.. I am almost 6 weeks and I EP for LO. I am suppose to have my six week check up in two days, do I have to reschedule this if in fact AF has returned? I am just wondering if i should call tomorrow morning or not. I am so bummed about not the possibility of not getting to have sex with DH. Snuggles are great but...well you know!
