Maternity Pictures in Cincinnati.. advice needed

Hello, I am looking into getting maternity pictures taken. I am currently 28 weeks pregnant and this is one of those things I am not sure if we should spend the money or not. We are going to the beach at 32 weeks so I thought maybe just try to get some photos done while we are there( by a family member, not professionaly) . But what would you ladies recommend.. get them done professionaly or not? If professionally do you have any recommendations on photographers?

    check out cincinnatibabyphotographer.com  She does everything from weddings to maternity to family to actual pictures of documenting births...email her with any questions, she will be able to help you figure out what is best in your situation...HTH!

    We have a few great photogs who are Bumpies.  Sara Streit, Jen Rose Photography, and Amanda Niehaus Photography.  I also love Krysia photograhy, and Patrick Banfield photography.

    I would get them done professionally. I'm still really glad that I did. It was nice to have that time captured forever, and even nicer because a good photographer will be able to make you look like a million bucks even if you feel like a fat, sweaty cow ;)

    I'll also throw out Steph Carson, because she did mine. All of the photographers that hav2run mentioned do great work, though, so it's more about what style you're looking for. They're all very different. We're not prop and studio people, but some people are.

    Try to get friends/family to do them and see how they turn out. If it's not what you expected I recommend Lucky Clover. They did our wedding, engagement session and will be doing my maternity pictures. Good luck!

    I got mine done professionally, and they are AMAZING!  They made me feel so pretty and I'm so thankful to have the pictures to look back on.

    I went through katiewoodring.com . She came to my house so I felt so comfortable.  After the house we went to a park and my husband joined in!  If your interested I could give you my password and you can see my pictures!  Just message me for the password.
