Grandma-To-Be Present

I am trying to think of something to get for my mom.  It is a late Mother's Day present because she lives 5 hours away and I haven't seen her.  I wanted to get her something related to her becoming a Grandma but I don't want it to be anything cheesy.  Anybody got any good ideas?  I'm totally blanking.

    Do you have a Kohls by you?  They have some awesome grandparent picture frames.  After the baby is born, the baby will be giving the grandparents these as presents.

    Hallmark has really cute stuff as well. I bought a picture frame that says "Great Moms get promoted to Grandma" (or something along those lines) and put one of the sonogram pictures in it for my mom.

    Does your mom like or have Pandora?  I got my mom this little boy booty charm.  I just started her a bracelet for Christmas so this is only her second charm.  It's adorable.
