not really. i called and talked to a nurse who said she would talk to someone in u/s and check with my doctor. when she called me back she said there wasn't really anything more she could tell me. she said they didn't see a tumor (comforting). and basically reitterated what i already knew. they saw a shadow.
i had asked if i had to wait until 32 weeks for the follow up u/s. she told me my chart showed i would have it at 30 weeks. and when she called me back she said my doctor really prefers 30 weeks so the baby will be bigger and they can get a better picture.
i'm telling myself the whole nonchalantness of it all is because there really is nothing to be worried about. clearly my doctor is not worried. but it's still a tad aggravating.

Oh sheesh...well thanks for ruling out a tumor, which you hadn't even thought about! Sorry that they weren't more helpful, but I agree that their laid back attitude about the whole thing is a good thing. Glad your wait will be shortened by a few weeks!
