    I picked professional. A girl I work with takes pics on the side and only charged me $20. I wouldn't pay $300 for them!

    We just got our proofs from our newborn session & although MH scoffed at the pricetag, I'm so glad we had them done. I can't believe how much she's changed already in the 4wks since we had them taken & since we'll never get that time back, I'm so glad to have these pictures to look back on.
    Wallace is a big brother!

    My husband is a professional photographer so he took ours.Definitely saves us a lot of money!!

    we took her to the picture people at the mall.. I wasn't sure how they'd turn out but they did great and I'm so glad we did them!

    Our hospital works with a professional photgrapher so we just used her. It was a quick 10 minute session the day after he was born. I'll probably pay for a professional again around 6 months. image

    We went to Portrait Innovations. I was really happy with them. We spent about $200, but we won't do that again.

    I'm a professional, and I did my own. Had I not had the ability to do so, I would have invested well over $1000 on the portraits with a real professional.

    we kind of did all of them... pro pics in hospital, mall pics at 25 days, hundreds of snapshots and a few posed ones at home.
