How long after exposure would she get sick?

My daughter was with my friends kids on Saturday night.. Well here we are on Tuesday and both of her kids are at the doctors with 103 fevers... I am terrified for my little one!!! How long do you think till we are out of the woods.. ??

Do you know what they were sick with? Incubation period is different for different viruses. I'd say chances are good that your LO should be a-ok if she isn't showing any signs of illness already.
